In addition to his business and real estate practice, Arthur is passionate about his pro bono work, which focuses on providing free legal representation to at-risk populations, such as senior citizens living on a fixed income, families facing homelessness, and child abuse and domestic violence survivors.

At Boston College Law School (J.D., 2008), Arthur received the Susan B. Desmarais Award for Outstanding Work in Clinical Programs, and a Top Ten Oralist Award in the Grimes Moot Court Competition. While in law school, Arthur spent two years representing clients as a student attorney with the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau and served as a student representative on its Board of Directors.

Prior to entering law school, Arthur graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Massachusetts at Boston (B.A., magna cum laude, 2005), where he received Honors in Political Science, Distinction in Philosophy of Law, and was elected to the Student Senate for multiple terms.

Arthur is admitted to practice in all Massachusetts state courts (2008), the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts (2009), and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit (2009).
